4Cody was great! Had it set-up and ready by the time we got to the campground (we did the deliver option). He was responsive with questions and communicated clearly and promptly when we had questions/concerns. 4/5, the camper's awning was broken/damaged pulling it out for our rental, but he was very upfront about it.
