Might I present the lean, mean, pristine! Off-grid or RV park, this RV is ready for your adventure! 36 feet of livable space, full bunkhouse and outdoor kitchen/entertainment system. Queen bed in master. Comfortably fits a family of 6 without breaking down anything! This unit has dual air conditioners to keep you cool in the summer heat (to run both, you’ll need a 50A service from a large generator or shore power). There are two entrances. One for the private restroom and one as the main entry/exit. The bunkhouse is isolated by a wood door (not curtains) so it allows a bit more privacy. Each room has it's own closet space and extra storage if needed. This RV has 40 gallon fresh water, 32 gallon black water and 32 gallon grey water capacities with a 6 gallon capacity hot water tank. There is an outdoor shower tucked between the pop-outs (please bring a curtain if you'd like more than 3-sided privacy. There are two tv's, one large in the living room area and one smaller in the outdoor entertainment area. The entertainment area includes a sink, stove, mini-fridge, stereo, cabinet space and tv (as previously mentioned). There's a large rack on the back of the camper for generator, bbq, bicycles, kayaks, etc. The manufacturer does recommend a 3/4 ton or larger pickup but I do offer towing and actually prefer it! Towing comes with Full Setup, walkthrough with everything being functional at your chosen location! If your location exceeds my specified transport radius, please reach out to me!
