Rich and Janet are responsive, flexible with scheduling pickup/drop-off, and provide a detailed walkthrough of trailer features. They are cooperative, but one guest raised a concern about cleaning on arrival which the owner addressed.
Well-equipped family-friendly trailer
This trailer features a great layout, outdoor kitchen/griddle, BBQ, and reliable generator. It's suitable for families (4-5) and is pet-friendly. Most guests found it well-equipped, though linens are not typically included. One guest had cleanliness concerns.

5.0We had a great time with our rental from Rich. He was responsive, flexible with pickup/drop off time and the trailer is great! Love the layout and the outdoor kitchen is a real bonus. Trailer had everything we needed including an outdoor mat and folding table. Would definitely rent again!
