William was awesome. Super flexible and easy to communicate with. We will use him again in the future when we come back to Northern Michigan.

Overall, the camper was good. It was very clean and fairly comfortable throughout our stay. William also answered our questions in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours. One disappointment we had was that the listing at the time of booking mentioned that linens were provided, there was a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and utensils, and that a TV/DVD was included. It also stated that “all essentials were included for worry-free fun.” Luckily, before packing, we tried to double check what was included but the Outdoorsy listing was no longer available to view. We messaged William and found out there were only a few kitchen utensils and a coffee pot—no bed linens, pots, or pans. Then, after delivery, William let us know that the coffee pot had broken as well. We’re thankful we reached out ahead of time because otherwise we would not have brought the additional items we ended up needing. Another disappointment was that there wasn’t a broom in the camper to help keep the floors clean during our stay. Fortunately, my daughter, who was camping next to us, had one we could borrow. Overall, the camper itself was clean and comfortable, but clearer and more accurate listing details would have helped set expectations and made the experience smoother.

The host was easy ti work with and the camper was clean.
