Mostly helpful, recent unresponsiveness
Terry is often lauded for timely delivery, setup assistance, clear communication, and responsiveness to questions. However, one recent guest reported terrible communication and no response during a severe vehicle leak, leading to a resolution team.
Spacious, well-equipped, recent major leak
The camper is frequently praised for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and family-friendly amenities like an outdoor kitchen and comfortable beds. However, a recent rental experienced a severe water leak, flooding the back and causing loss of water/bathroom function.

2.0The camper got a leak on Saturday of our stay flooded out the entire back room up to the table in the kitchen. Multiple messages no response had to go half the trip with no water and no bathroom. I have attempted to resolve this thru outdoorsy and they can not get in touch with the host either. Now it’s going to a resolution team. Terrible communication

5.0Everything turned out just fine. Terry, our host worked really hard in adverse conditions to get the camper set up on a site that was very sloped. The Camper was very spacious and reasonably appointed. We enjoyed it and would rent with Terry again in the future.
