Friendly, great communication, great support and clean RV. Worked smoothly for us.

The camper itself was nice and clean, but we had some issues with communication. We chose delivery and set up and immediately after the host set up the camper and left, we realized from a horrible smell coming from the bathroom that the black tank was completely full. Additionally, the host didn’t tell us until drop off that there was no key for the camper, which would have been good to know ahead of time. The refrigerator took a very, very long time to cool down. Other times when we’ve rented campers for delivery, the host will turn the camper on for the drive over so that the camper will cool down before set up. The main bed is very comfortable, but you may want to bring mattress toppers for the bunk beds in the back. Finally, we had a really hard time getting in touch with the host for check out. Overall, the camper is very nice and worked well for our trip, but communication and hospitality could have been better.

Camper was so cute & the AC blew cold! Camping is a new level of fun when you get to roll up to a set up- already cold- camper and just drive away when you’re ready to go home!

We had a great experience for our family and friends picnic. Derek was a great host and we had no issues with his RV. It was a nice size for myself and hubby. Very comfortable and AC on point. Drop off and pick up went well. Derek was very friendly and he made sure to answer any questions we had. I recommend renting the RV for your family trips or just for a weekend get-a-way.
