All you have to do is show up, and have a great time. Our camper is clean, modern, and maintenance free. This spacious camper sleeps 10 and includes a bunk house which is perfect for kids or extra guests. The camper includes a large slide to give you extra room in the kitchen. Also includes a dinette and a loveseat couch that both fold down for additional sleeping areas, a TV that swivels for viewing in the living room or from the master bedroom, and a Bluetooth sound system with integrated indoor and outdoor speakers. The bathroom has a large counter and a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom includes a queen bed with upgraded mattress, USB outlets, side shelves, two wardrobes for ample clothing storage. The bunkhouse bedroom has sleeping for 4 with bunk beds and a pullout couch. It also has a cabinet with a shelf for additional storage and a has a sliding door for added privacy. The outdoor living is equally luxurious. It includes an outdoor shower for hosing off kids/shoes/toys, and a large automatic awning, complete with LED lighting. The large outdoor kitchen area includes a griddle, a mini fridge, storage space, and a utensil drawer. Fresh linens and kitchen supplies included. The camper was in great shape with no issues. Had beding and stuff to cook and eat on. The AC worked great, and I even had to use the furnace one night because it cooled off. He delivered and picked up the camper to our campsite, which was a big help. I currently don't have a vehicle big enough to pull one this size.
