No smoking, No pets. Only use supplied toilet paper and do not put ANYTHING else in the toilet. No climbing up rear ladder or walking on the roof. Any/all damages, dings, scratches, etc must be reported immediately upon return of the coach. All tanks must be emptied and the black tank must be cleaned (using internal spraying system) prior to returning coach... “$100 tank cleaning may apply if tanks are not empty/clean prior to return”... “$250 cleaning fee may apply if coach is not returned in the same clean condition as when picked up”...FUEL IS TOPPED OFF PRIOR TO EVERY RENTAL. IF NOT RETURNED FULL, $60 PER 1/4 TANK WILL BE CHARGED. (any used portion of a 1/4 tank will be charged the full per 1/4 tank fee) ****(This coach only comes with the basics (sheets, dishes/utensils, towels).
