4.0The camper was clean and exactly as pictured, and the company was excellent with communication throughout the process. That said, there were no cooking utensils provided, not even a can opener, so renters should plan to bring their own kitchen supplies. There was also no remote for the TV. The delivery drivers arrived on time, which we appreciated. However, they parked the camper at the very front of the lot despite there being plenty of space to move it back. This made it unable to use the awning, and the door was positioned only about 12 inches from a tree, creating a tight entry. We had a great time and would use the company again!

5.0Rich communicated well with us. RV was on time and in great shape. I do recommend having more items to help with cleaning IE broom and small trash can. Also another comforter for the bunk beds. Fridge takes 24 hours to get cold for the time its setup. Just an FYI. Really no complaints, just some suggestions. RV was clean and comfy. Thank you

5.0We had a great weekend at Fort DeSoto in this camper! Rich delivered the camper right to our site and had everything set up for us, which made the arrival process completely stress-free. The camper itself was in perfect condition, with ice-cold AC that was a lifesaver in the 85–90° heat. The recliners were comfy, and our kids loved the little windows in their bunk area. It came stocked with an outdoor rug, bed linens, towels, and basic cookware/dishes - everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Rich was an excellent communicator from start to finish and we’ll definitely be renting from him again!
