• Pets must be approved by owner.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds; loss of security deposit if evidence of pet damage found.
• Use only RV grade toilet paper; no flushing feminine products down the toilet.
• No climbing the ladder on the rear of the RV unless there is an emergency reason that requires it.
• No drug use of any kind.
• Return with full tank of gas and propane or pay owner $5 per gallon to refuel after drop-off (fuel cost deducted from security deposit).
• Dump black and grey tanks before drop off or pay owner $50 dump fee (dump fee deducted from security deposit).
