Just bring your clothes and food! A kitchen that is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, cups, coffee pot and toaster. A private queen size bed, bunkhouse double beds, jackknife couch and a dinette that makes into a bed you can sleep 9 comfortably.
A large automatic awning with blue LED lights, outdoor picnic table and extra oversized chairs will make even the outside super cozy.There is a generator that uses gas or propane and you will need that to use the AC. We allow 4 hours a day but do charge a small fee if you go over that.Please return the propane tanks full and dump all the waste tanks.
A good rule of thumb is to return it in same condition you got her to get your deposit back. We will clean and sanitize her but if by chance there is excessive dirt or sand we will have to charge a cleaning fee.We are flexible on pick up and drop off time.
