Rose handles to communication and preparation for the rentals. she is committed to customer service like no other I've encountered on this or other asset rental sites incl airbnb. During the pre-rental process rose's communication was rapid and accurate, always helpful. A previous rental left negative feedback and she explained both her updates she made (a new battery that maybe wasn't really needed, and some feedback on the background of the unfair assessment. This put my mind at ease to continue to rental and so glad we did. Upon pickup, the unit was as well prepared as any RV I've used, notable since this is a 5 year old model. Checkout and instructions were great. The unit is well maintained, updated, and quite frankly loved by the family. During the rental a few minor items popped up, manageable, but one required a phone call to answer a 'how to' question. The answer came back in under 2 minutes - that's fantastic care and service. Dropoff was coordinated through great communications to be roughly whatever was convenient to my timetable. All aspects showed a customer care level I've never seen and the unit and owners are highly recommended.

The travel trailer was wonderful and the owners were super helpful.

The RV had a nice layout, came with plenty of accoutrements from the host, had a comfortable bed, an functional AC. Unfortunately, it also had several mechanical and electrical issues, namely a 12V battery that would not hold a charge, a potable water pump that was almost nonfunctional, and a water heater that would not work on propane. Having to work around these issues while boondocking really added stress and put a damper on the trip. Hopefully they get everything working again, but keep those points in mind if you intend to camp without full hookups.
