Rules and policies
1. Pickup time is 6:00 PM the first day of rental. Drop off time is 4:00 PM the last day of rental. $20 per hour late fee unless prior arrangements are agreed upon.
2. Unreported damage discovered after return will result in an automatic forfeiture of deposit. Please be honest, damage does occasionally happen and most repairs are affordable.
3. We offer you the opportunity to clean the RV prior to return, and it is expected that the RV be returned in the condition it was received in. Cleaning packages are available with advanced arrangements. A minimum $175 cleaning fee will be charged for RV returned in a non-rent-able condition.
4. Tanks must be dumped prior to return. $75 dump fee will be assessed if waste water is not dumped.
5. RV interiors are lightweight and fragile. Care must be taken in order to preserve the interior. Insurance does not cover interior damage, which can be expensive. Let your travelling companions know to use the RV with care.
