This RV has a huge amount of interior walk around space due to the large slide out. It is in like new condition and super clean. The kids will love the 2 roomy full size 49" x 76" bunk beds. The adults will appreciate the comfort of the 8-inch memory foam queen size bed. If needed, the dinette can make a 42" x 72" bed and the jackknife sofa can be folded down to a 42" x 61" bed.Our trailer is equipped with a power slideout, a power tongue jack, and a power 16 Ft. awning. The stabilizing jacks are manually adjusted but we include a cordless drill to make adjusting the jacks quick and easy.Additional Amenities:These are additional items included with your rental at no extra charge that are not part of the trailer standard equipment.· 8-inch Memory Foam Queen Bed
