- Monthly (28+ nights): 10% off nightly rate

- Security deposit: 435,00 € (refundable)
- Prep fee: 217,50 €. $250 delivery, prep and set up fee (within 60 miles of our address, anything over will be discussed with renter, and covers set up and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental).
