If there is signs of smoking inside, your full security deposit will be kept for a deep clean.Sleeping: 2 on Queen in master bedroom, 2 on full pull out couch in living roomWe are very easy-going owners. Just take care of it like it's your own and you will have a wonderful experience!We will deliver the RV within 100 miles (for special occasions, contact us for further travel and we will make accommodations). 50 or 30 amp electric and water hookup is required. Sewer hookup is preferred, but if unavailable, there will be a $50 dump fee.

All linens, bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels are cleaned after every rental. All pots, pans, silverware, and cups are returned clean, but we run them through the dishwasher at home anyway. We take pride in our cleanliness and we hope you do too! We also spray everything down to ensure all germs are eliminated!Bathroom:
Toilet paper is provided with the rental. Please do not throw any wet wipes, feminine products, or any other items in the sewage tank.
