Puma Jupiter - No prep fees

We opted for the delivery since I was camping solo with my kids. I now know the time on our booking is the time they leave their house which means it was an hour late to our campsite and an hour early for pick up. The trailer was cleaned and worked well but had a missing handle on the screen door (bugs got in when used) and the toilet leaked the whole time. The day after we were charged $150 from our deposit. Our charge was for not deep cleaning the entire trailer, and for leaving their tent up. The trailer was tidy which I assumed was what it needed but apparently it is not cleaned between renters (gross) and therefore up to the renter to thoroughly clean and wash all surfaces. All that was left was a broom and dish soap for this deep cleaning between renters by the way. I was also charged for a burnt pot which was never my doing. In explaining my concerns with the rental and how I would have never complained about the leaking toilet and missing handle, and I wasn’t the person to burn the pot, they continued to take from my deposit. I am not petty at all and therefore never took pictures. If you choose to rent with them, please take thorough pictures of everything before and after so you can protect yourself since they take whatever they can from your deposit.

Veronica was easy to communicate with, set up was quick and professional. We had a small snag with the keys but she corrected this in a timely manner and it was no issue. The RV was as expected and we had a great trip. Would book again!
