We provide you with the basics you will need on your adventure allowing you to enjoy the outdoors while having the comforts of home.Our van drives great on flat land or through the mountains. Has Econ to help with better gas mileage.We are pet-friendly! Bring your furry friend for free! We do require that you purchase the Damage Protection Plan. This insurance option will cover any damage done to the interior of the vehicle.We bought this professionally converted van from Jucy (They went out of business in US, due to Covid). .Return the van in the same condition you received it. Full tank of gas, empty used water tank, and clean. Failure to do so will result in clean fees up to $1000.
All the items that were included in your van rental must be returned. If items are broken or damaged beyond normal use you will be charged to replace those items.
No Smoking or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
Furry friends are welcome. Please advise the size, breed, and age of your little friend. We require that you purchase the additional Protection Plan insurance. This will cover the interior of the vehicle. Please make sure there is no trace of the pet when you return the van.
You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded. If you use tolls or receive a ticket of any kind please let us know so that we can keep an eye out for the notice.
Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for a professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.
If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, the renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expenses for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by the owner upon return of the vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.
