If the RV is returned with pet hair or smells like pet or pet urine this fee will apply. • SMOKING - $300 -NO SMOKING is permitted • inside the RV. Keep windows and doors closed to keep all smells out. • CLEANING - $150 - RV must be returned cleaned except washing of linens/towels or this fee applies • WASTE TANK EMPTYING - $100 - Holding tanks (Black & Gray) must be dumped before returning or this fee applies. • • LATE RETURN - $50 per hour after 4:00pm
