Our pioneer trailer has been tastefully remodeled with a modern interior design. It boasts a striking black and white theme, offering two sleeping areas, including a full-size bed and a futon sofa bed.The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and a standing shower that doubles as a bathtub for young ones. In the fully stocked kitchen, you'll find all the essentials: plates, bowls, cups, utensils, knife set, cutting boards, cookie sheets, pots, pans, and a compact coffee maker. Additionally, the kitchen features a spacious fridge, microwave, stove, and oven.An air conditioning unit that will keep you cool or heat up the trailer quickly!For some outdoor enjoyment there will be two zero gravity chairs and two burner stove available for use upon request.This trailer is a cozy area for a weekend getaway or fun adventure on the Central Coast.Our trailer is for delivery only to sites with full hookups. We will consider reservations for boondocking/dry camping on a case-by-case basis.Our fees are carefully outlined in our listing to ensure transparency. They encompass the time and dedication required for cleanup, delivery and setup. Please remember to include the delivery fee in your booking to avoid any delays in the approval process. Desiree and Scott were kind and considerate beyond belief. My partner and I had a really tough trip due to a medical issue that came up, but our hosts were consistently able to accommodate our changing needs. They showed up several times to check on a few issues that we had and guided us through usage of the trailer. They were patient and respectful with our needs. They let us add a few days that we needed at the end of the trip and even helped us with an unrelated issue of returning some lost keys! They went above and beyond in every respect.
The trailer itself is adorable and comfortable, and it had everything that we needed.
Overall, although the trip was hard for us, Scott and Desiree were one of the best parts.
