Driver Requirements * Must be at least 21 years old. * Must pass platform verification and driver’s license check. * No unauthorized drivers. No Smoking * No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside the RV. * Violation fee: $500 plus remediation costs. Pets * Pets only with prior approval. * Guest responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning. Fuel * RV must be returned with the same fuel level as departure. * Refueling fee plus fuel cost if returned low. Generator * Generator hours included per day (if desired). * Excess usage charged at a specified hourly rate. Cleaning * Return RV in reasonably clean condition. * Excessive cleaning fee may apply. * Dishes washed and trash removed. Waste Tanks * Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return. * Dumping fee: $150 if tanks are not emptied. Prohibited Uses * No roof access. * No off-roading or unpaved roads. * No towing unless specifically approved. * No festivals or large events without prior approval. Damage and Accidents * Any damage, no matter how minor, must be reported immediately. * Renter responsible for damage not covered by platform protection plans. Late Returns * Late return fees may apply. * Unauthorized late returns may result in additional daily rental charges. Mileage * Include a daily mileage allowance. * Additional mileage charged at a per-mile rate. We want you to have a fantastic trip. Please treat our RV as you would your own home. Prompt communication, proper operation of the RV, and adherence to these rules help us keep the RV in excellent condition for all guests. If you need something extra please let us know.
