Time of pick up and return will be arranged with the owner at booking. Returns are due from 8am until 5pm, after 5pm you may incur a late fee. Pick up is before 7pm. Late fees may be charged outside of these times. Delivery is from noon until 3pm but may vary based on campground rules. Requested delivery after 6pm may incur a fee. The renter must be present at time of delivery and confirmation email for the reservation must be forwarded to the owner at least two days before delivery is due. No Smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle; your entire security deposit will be retained for professional cleaning. If there is a problem requiring roadside assistance, the renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expenses for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by the owner upon return of the vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided. If there is an equipment failure inside the trailer on with provided items, please let the owner know immediately. Basic cleaning supplies are provided with the trailer, renters are expected to return the trailer and supplied items to the owner in the same clean, well-cared for state they were presented at pick up. A fee will be taken from your security deposit for Items that are missing, damaged or used and not cleaned.
