Located IN Guntersville AL35 ft long, 7200 lbs dry weight, sleeps 4-6This beautiful unit is very new barely used with tons of storage space inside. It’s not made for big families… Sleeps 2 adults comfortably and 2 children on the breakdown kitchen table. Also has 2 recliners so could sleep up to 6 people. Two big slide outs. Queen bed. Unit has stabilizer jacks in the front and back.We will provide cleaning supplies and RV toilet paper. You Must provide everything else including paper plates and plastic utensils, paper towels, bath towels, toiletries, bed sheets, covers, and pillows. Tv has basic cable and satellite attachment outside for using campground provided cable and satellite tv, We recommend bringing your own Roku device and remote to attach to the tv if you want to watch this on your trip. Most campgrounds have Wifi or you can tether your phone or ipads to Roku for tv viewing.No charge for propane usage as this is refilled and provided by us.Small pets only on approval. Must contact me first. This has been a problem in the past with my other units. Careful renters only.Please Treat OUR RV AS IF IT Were Your OWN.
