Destructive or non house broken animals of any type are not allowed. If awning is used renter must be mindful of the weather conditions at all times. If leaving the camper the awning must be brought into the full retracted position no exceptions. Any destruction or substantial damage of camper or equipment provided is not tolerated and will be be handled accordingly. If direct sewer dump pipe is not on campsite customer may have to use a black water tote and have to find designated waste station if staying more than one night depending on water usage. If site does not have full sewer hookups a black water tote will be provided and used only if the black tank becomes full before the end of the rental. OWNERS OF THIS CAMPER HAS RIGHT TO REFUSE RENTAL ON DAY OF DROP OFF, IF OWNER DEAMS RENTER NOT CAPABLE OF BEING RESPONSIBLE OF THIER PERSONAL PROPERTY. You will have to be present on day of drop off or we will not leave the camper. Please plan accordingly thank youNO SMOKING

5.0Working with Andrew was awesome. He was very responsive and helpful. The camper was great and very easy to set up. Everything was clean and ready when we picked it up. It is a smaller camper perfect for a couple and / or a family with 1 or 2 small children. for our family of 5, it was on the tight side, but for the rate and ease of use, it worked perfectly. Gave my wife and I ideas for things we want and don't want when we finally do buy one. The layout is very functional. We appreciated the care and effort Andrew and his family put in to maintaining and stocking the camper to be comfortable. We highly recommend Dextons hidout for your next adventure.
