What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. Typically, between 9:00am-7:00pm is no problem. Please let us know when booking your ideal and we will try to organize what is easiest for you!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
On the day of your pick-up, we will take you through all these. They are all very easy to operate. However, we also understand the desire to have a hassle-free vacation. Please see optional add-ons for sewage dumping and water preparation, so you don't have to add those to your lists.

What equipment is necessary?
A.
If you are towing the trailer yourself, you need a vehicle capable of towing this weight. Typically, a truck and some SUVs are required for this, break control recommended. You will want a 2" ball hitch to connect with our rig (which is easily raised and lowered with its hydraulic system). We can help with set-up. However, if you don't have these things, or don't want to deal with towing, we do have delivery and pick-up available as an add-on so you can get started on your stress-free vacation!

Is towing experience necessary?
A.
No! We are happy to support first-time towers. This rig is smaller than most trailers, which makes it much easier to tow. It is also very easy to hook-up and we will take you through every step when you pick-up. With that in mind, we also strongly encourage those who aren't confident in towing to utilize our drop-off and pick-up service, to optimize your experience.
