Responsive, flexible, but frequent cancellations
Sang is commended for flexibility with pick-up/drop-off times, providing thorough walkthroughs, and quick communication for in-trip issues. However, there are multiple reports of bookings being canceled shortly before departure, and one incident of a disputed security deposit deduction.
Easy to tow, maneuver, and setup
The 2019 Jayco Jay Flight is described as clean, in mint condition, and easy to tow with a 1/2 ton truck. It's family-friendly with bunk beds, but multiple guests noted the mattresses are thin and uncomfortable.

5.0Lovely cozy trailer, perfect for my family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds! He was gracious to include propane and let me use his hitch ball mount as mine was slightly too low. A very easy tow with a 1/2 ton truck, easy to maneuver, and a breeze to setup. Best of all Mr Sang was available for communication and flexible with the pick up and drop off. Perfect glamping getaway for my family!

5.0He was great. We rented it for only a day - we needed the trailer earlier than normal and was very accommodating. We would rent from him again.
