Randall provides excellent customer service, is professional, friendly, and gives thorough instructions. He is prompt for delivery/pickup. One automated cancellation occurred.

The Sprinter is very comfortable for 9-10 passengers, easy to drive, and has a powerful diesel engine suitable for highway travel. It is luxurious and in great condition, though one guest noted it needed better cleaning.
