Including, a King sized bed in primary bedroom, double full size bunk beds and a dinette that converts into a bed. Fully Equipped Kitchen – Includes a refrigerator, 3-burner stove, microwave, and oven for all your cooking needs. Comfortable full sized bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and sink.

• Delivery & Setup - Minimum of $300 delivery & pickup. Depending on distance (over 150 miles one way), the delivery & pickup could go up. Remember, I would have to take time off work or out of my weekend, use of fuel and wear & tear on our truck to do this.

Trailer is laid out well and could be a good rental, however, it was dirty on both the outside and inside when I picked it up. Bathroom, living area, kitchen were all dirty. Floors needed to be cleaned, coffee maker missing, outdoor chairs dirty and torn, blind rod missing, no replacement paper towels, microwave and kitchen drawers were dirty. Drain handles in the bathroom missing, kitchen faucet loose. Bath towels were old. Clothes left in the bedroom closet, ceiling vents dirty. Outdoor BBQ was greasy and the outdoor refrigerator had mold in it so we never used either of them. Even the furnace stopped working. We didn't have time to get another trailer so we had to spend 2 hours of cleaning and washing the trailer before we left. Definitely not up to the expectation of picking up a fully functional and clean trailer.

As a first time renter, we were a little nervous with the experience of renting. Garrett was a great communicator, timely, and very kind. We met the family when we dropped the trailer off and they were so sweet asking about our trip and how everything went. When we are ready to go again, we will definitely look to see if Garrett's RV is available first.

We provide a fresh water hose w/ a pressure regulator, adapters for the power (30/50amp), stabilizers, blocks for the tires, & a sewage hose.
I will also provide the 2 5/16" load leveling hitch.
