•Cleanliness: Please return the RV in the same condition it was received. Trash must be taken out, and dirty dishes left in the sink and linens on the bed are acceptable. If excessive cleaning is needed, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. • Smoking & Candles: Smoking or candles are strictly prohibited inside the RV. A cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated. • Return Time: Please return the RV by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may be subject to additional charges. • Damage or Missing Items: Any damage or missing items must be reported immediately. You will be responsible for any repairs or replacement costs. • No Off-Road Use: The RV is not to be driven off-road or on unpaved paths unless otherwise agreed upon. • No Subletting: Subletting the RV to a third party is not allowed. • Event Approval: Certain events, such as tailgating or music festivals, require prior approval. Please reach out to confirm if your event is permitted before booking. • Gas Policy: Please return the RV with the same level of gas it had when you picked it up. If not, we will use the deposit to fill it back up at 2x the current gas price. • Towing: Towing is not permitted without prior approval. Additional fees will apply based on trailer size and weight. • Toilet Paper Policy: ONLY RV-safe toilet paper should be flushed. No other products (including feminine products or regular toilet paper) may be flushed. A fee will be charged for any damage caused by improper use.Dump Fee: Both gray, and black tanks need to be emptied before returning Rv. if tanks are not emptied then the Dump fee will be charged.
