Our bunkhouse travel trailer is perfect for families! It has a queen bed in the front with lots of storage along with room for hangers. The large double bunk beds are in the back and the couch folds down for more sleeping room. Tons of storage for your clothes, gear, food and drinks! Indoor and outdoor shower. Outdoor lighting and string lights included so you can enjoy the camper by campfire. One TV is available indoors along with a DVD player, DVDs, books, board games and cards. We provide most of your needed kitchen items. This includes a coffee maker! You will be responsible for food, drinks and paper goods (excluding toilet paper). For extended stays you may want additional bedding, pillows, kitchen towels and bath towels.The RV comes fully equipped with almost everything you could need so you can enjoy your trip! The unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.Strict NO Smoking policy in the RV! This includes vaping. Violation is subject to full deposit forfeiture. One dog up to 50 pounds is allowed. No other pets. Please keep them off of furniture and crated while you are gone. Additional deposit may be required for your pet.Dump fee - $130 (not applicable if it comes back clean and reading empty)Additional fees will be incurred due to any additional cleaning (including tanks), damages, lost property or late return. We do a full walk through during delivery and pick up. Hitch ball is not included and is 2" 5/16. Electric hookup for vehicle is 7 pin round.House Rules
