Very comfortable 2019 Prime Time 170BHS bunk house trailer with dining table slide out, built by Forest River. It has two dedicated sleeping areas, the main on with a brand new, queen size, 10" memory foam mattress and the second is a set of adult sized, twin bunk beds. The very well laid out camper has a dinette that seats four in a slide out next to the kitchen. The kitchen is very large for this size camper with plenty of counter space, sink, two burner stove, microwave, hot water heater and large six cubic foot refrigerator and 2 cubic foot freezer (additional cooler available upon request). It also has a full bathroom with a toilet and shower with over 6 ft of head space (so no need to duck when cleaning up). If you are a real mess, you may also use the outdoor shower for you, your filthy feet or your furry pal.The full length awning has an outdoor LED light strip to light the way and outdoor speakers for those fun times out by the camp fire. All hoses, connections, leveling blocks and wheel chocks are included with the camper.If you are connecting to shore power and water at a campground, you will have unlimited water and power once connected (recommended). If you are attempting to boondock, we would recommend you bring an alternate power source, water and more goodies unless you plan on dry camping the whole time.The camper itself is very easy to pull, weighing just 3167 lbs empty, so most small SUVs could pull it without a problem. The cargo capacity of this trailer allows you to bring 550 lbs of your own belongings along for the ride. It also has a fresh water tank with 30 gallons of water to drink, cook or shower with. Was ist inbegriffenPlease bring anything that you prefer for the queen size bed and two twins. If you want to use the dining table for more sleep space, please bring your favorite full size bedding. We will provide pillows and a few blankets but if you are picky, you might want to bring what you are comfortable with.If you are flying into the Dallas / Fort Worth area (DFW), I can pick you and three of your best friends up from the DFW or Love Field airports for a fee less than UBER. Imagine how fun it would be to fly into town with friends, go to an event and then camp the night away all without lifting a pinky.OR...If you do not have a vehicle that can pull at least 3500 lbs, or you are not comfortable pulling a 22 foot trailer, please ask about our delivery and set up service. We can deliver the camper to your campsite, set it up, tear it down and bring it back home for only a small fee. The delivery fee is $50 plus milage from Haslet, Texas (just a little north of Fort Worth).EmpfehlungenTexas Motor Speedway is just a few miles from us so if you are into NASCAR or other racing sports, we can deliver our camper there for you to enjoy your time AT THE RACES!!! We are 45 minutes north of the classic cow town of Fort Worth, Texas. Close enough to visit but far enough away to relax. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I can be flexible on the pick up and drop off times given that the renter communicates with me about their needs.

What type equipment does my vehicle have to have to tow this camper?

A.

Your vehicle needs to be able to have a 2-5/16-inch standard ball to be able to pull this camper. You must have a 7 pin electrical connector to be able to control the exterior road lights on the camper (blinkers, brakes, etc) and it is preferred that you have a brake controller on your vehicle to control the camper's brakes for safety.

Is delivery and setup available?

A.

Yes. I can deliver and setup the camper for you at your campsite within 100 miles of Haslet, Texas for a small fee. This would allow you to show up to a fully set up campsite ready for you to move in and enjoy your camping experience. This offering is equivalent to a hotel room where everything you need is already there waiting on you. This option will require you to have a reservation at the campground for a site with full-hookups (30amp electrical, water and sewer).

What is included in the rental of this camper?

A.

The rental of this camper includes all connections and some camping accessories. A generator is available as an add on if you are choosing to camp where there is no electrical connection. All water hoses and electrical cables are included along with everything seen in the listings photos.
