Their communication was great and we felt their description of the van was accurate. We are "no frills" kind of campers and the van met all our needs and then some.

We try to be as flexible as possible with pick-up times and are happy to work with your schedule when we can. Drop-off times are a bit more set, since we need enough time to get the van cleaned, inspected, and ready for the next adventure.
