Angie & I fell in love with the versatility of this trailer during 14 months over the past 2 years that we called it home. We recently upgraded to the 20' model to give us more space as we transition into full time life on the road. Sharing our homes as Airbnb super hosts is what allowed the freedom to live this lifestyle to begin with. It only seemed natural to keep our first trailer home to share and introduce others to the joys of life on the road.While tiny, it has all the amenities for comfortable 4 season excursions.- Refrigerator, and stove, cabin heater and water heater run off the two propane tanks in the front storage compartment. There's an exterior quick connect valve for the propane at the front of the trailer allowing quick connection to onboard propane for your gas grill or fire-pit. No need to haul a separate propane tank. Unless you rent and boon dock for over a month, you shouldn't have to worry about running out of propane during your booking.- We've upgraded the solar to 200 amp hours or lithium batteries ensuring you won't run out of juice. USB ports in multiple locations run full time off batteries so no need to plug in or fire up the generators to charge your gear. When connected to to power, theres two exterior 110 AC plugs.- Wet bath with toilet & pass through indoor/outdoor shower perfect for washing the day off yourself, gear or your fur babies (outside only please).- Just installed lift kit with brand new wheels and all terrain tires to help get you out & away from the crowds if that's your desire. Makes for a smoother tow too.- Optional generators if you plan to boon-dock and want the comforts of the microwave, air conditioning and 110 ac power outlets.* The trailer has a payload capacity for 850 pounds, dry weight of 2650 pounds and a wet weight (Gvwr - Full holding tanks) of 3500 pounds.
