Festivals booking (ie.,EDC, Burning Man) are subject to approval. Please contact owner first before booking. Generator Usage: Most campgrounds require quiet hours, to prevent from penalty, respect campground regulations. Any fee issued by the campground will be at renter's expense. Awning usage: During windy conditions, prevent the usage of the awning as it may damage the motorhome. Damage(s) caused by improper use of the awning will be charged through insurance or may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Insurance: Renters must understand that insurance coverage is required and their responsibilities in case of accidents or damages. Driver Requirements: Driver(s) must be verified prior to each rental. Unverified driver(s) are not allowed to operate the motorhome. No Climbing on the Roof: Renters not allowed to climb on the roof to prevent accidents or fall. No Smoking: Smoking/vaping inside the motorhome is strictly prohibited to maintain cleanliness and odor-free environment. Additional fee of $500.00 will be charged if noted during return. No Off-roading: Prohibit off-roading or driving on unpaved roads to prevent damage on motorhome. Damage(s) cause by off-roading will be charged through insurance. No Towing Policy: Strictly towing is not allowed. Additional charge of $500 will be charged during return. Late Return Policy: Late return without prior approval will result in additional charge of $50.00, plus $25.00 each hour being late to return. Waste disposal/Dumping Fee: Black and gray tank must be empty prior to return, otherwise, additional $100.00 will be charged upon return. Fuel policy: Renters to return full tank of gas or similar to when keys were handed, otherwise there's an additional fee of $50.00 for inconvenience fee, on top of topping off the gas tank. Cleanliness: Renters to return motorhome in a clean acceptable condition, otherwise there's an additional charge of $300.00 for cleaning fee.
