1) The roof does not have a deck platform, so please do not climb up there. 2) Cleanliness: Return it how you found it. Fill up gas, clean out the fridge, empty and rise the black and gray water tanks, and return the van clean. I charge a cleaning fee at a rate of $75/hour if the van is returned in rough shape and the initial $100 cleaning fee for basic turnover like washing linens and scrubbing the sink and floors won’t cover it. This fee comes out of the deposit. Toilet: If you use the portable toilet you must clean it out before returning. This includes rinsing out the 5 gallon black water tank. Failure to clean the toilet before returning will result in an automatic $150 charge. Before your departure, I will give you a tutorial on how to do this and a list of all nearby dump stations and water fill locations. 3) Please use the emergency break when you park, even if the surface is level. This protects the transmission and also helps stabilize the van as you move around inside it.
