This is a great unit that can sleep comfortably 6-8 people. The nice thing is you can sleep 6 without having to put down the table. The table is also a larger bed than standard tables, its 88" long. The table is also not bolted to the floor (or wall) so it can be used as a prep table or just moved out of the way to have a large couch. It has a 36" slide out to give you extra room. It is a very new trailer purchased in August 2017. So it is clean. The great thing about this trailer is it provides great space but only weights 5182lb (dry weight). This can easily be pulled by a half ton truck and many larger SUV's. This trailer has some nice amenities, it is not a base model like you see some trailers on here are. We rent it out but it is also our personal trailer so we didn't want the base model.
