Jim and his team provide friendly, knowledgeable support, detailed explanations, and an instructional video. They proactively communicate, even for reservations made a year in advance, and are firm on policies but try to find solutions.

5.0The Schmidt team was amazing! The communication was fabulous- and the camper came fully stocked with everything we needed for a fun weekend away. Not to mention the video they have that they send you before you pick up the camper is perfect! We were able to reference it while up at our site when opening and closing it up for travel. We will definitely rent through them again

We reserved an motorhome an entire year in advance rather than a trailer for AirVENTURE due to it's heavier weight to better resist the strong storms that are know to blow through Oshkosh. After a year they reached out to verify and to provide details etc. Communications are excellent timely, friendly. Everything went very smoothly and painlessly. We had a great time. We recommend Schmidt RV Rental without qualms or reservation.
