Great for a family of six with plenty of storage compartments. Queen size bed in a closed off room, sofa bed is 70” long and dinette table bed is 48” long. Pet friendly. The outside shower comes with hot and cold water. TV has a local signal finder, radio has a DVD player and also outdoor speakers. Let’s not forget the large fridge that cools rapidly and there’s a decorative multi colored fireplace that has an additional heat source mode. The air conditioning unit cools quickly and efficiently. We have included most everything you may need like 2 types of coffee makers (Keurig type coffee maker included), toaster, can opener, all kinds of cooking utensils, pots, pans (we have included an electric skillet and/or a cast iron skillet if requested), silverware, plastic utensils, cups, mugs, plates, plastic cups, special RV toilet paper, cleaning supplies and vacuum, paper towels, a box of tissues, dish towels, pot holders and a case of water. LP gas is also included for the stove/oven. You will need to bring your own pillows, bathroom towels and toiletries. Shows, State/County Fairs and Festivals are welcome. We’re sure you will enjoy your vacation time in this travel trailer as much as we have!Was ist inbegriffenThe travel trailer is sanitized before each use. We prefer to deliver as we have stabilizer bars and a sway bar hitch for safe travel of this 8000 lb. gross weight trailer. Delivery must be within 70 miles of Hillsboro Ohio (100 miles for minimum of 6 nights). Fresh linens are available (up to 3 beds) for a $5 cleaning fee each if needed. We can provide 2 camping chairs, 2 tall camping chairs with a tall table and an outdoor rug with a runner for a fee if any of these are needed. Let us know if the fresh water tank (38 gallons) is needed or if a full hook up is unavailable (electric, water and waste). Your destination will need to have a dump station available to empty and clean the 3 waste tanks which is part of the delivery/pickup process. If a dump station is not available, we have a prearranged camp site that will charge to use their dump stations.
There is no smoking inside the trailer.

The camper was clean and very well appointed! Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 little kiddos) were very comfortable. Was easily able to fit a Pack n Play for our littlest one. Host was friendly, accommodating and great communication. We had a great stay!

We want to give others the opportunity to enjoy this travel trailer when not in use. In 2021 we made this a business venture to make that happen. We have stocked the travel trailer with items that we found were essential to an enjoyable vacation. We restock after each use.
