Smoking is not allowed inside the coach. The roof is not to be accessed under any circumstance except by service personnel. Regardless of state law (or lack thereof), the use of mobile devices by the operator while underway is prohibited, and dangerous. Please designate another person to be navigator for GPS, or secretary/ receptionist for communications while underway. While rented, all charges for fluids (fuel, oil, hydraulic fluid, brake fluid, washer fluid, antifreeze, et. al.), tires, wheels, air, windshield wipers, caps, covers, hoses, belts, fans and engine accessories (water pump, alternator, A/C compressor, P/S pump) are the responsibility of the renter. Renters are expected use common sense while the coach is under way. Speeding, quick take-offs, fast turns, not allowing enough room for braking and operating the coach in a non-normal mode is dangerous and could result in damage, severe injury, or death. The renter is responsible for all damages as the result of careless or negligent use. A $250.00 charge will be assessed if the coach is found to have a smoke smell on the inside, or an odor of air freshener. It is recommended that the user, if a smoker, does not smoke within 25 feet of the coach to avoid this charge. We ask that you respect that this coach belongs to someone else and to treat it as if it were your own.
