What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are somewhat flexible depending on the day, but in general will request that you let us know your desired return time between 11AM-1PM. We allow for 1 hour grace period post our agreed upon time. Following that a $25 fee per hour will be assessed, and after 4 hours, a full additional night's rental fee ($175) will be assessed.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Yes-we have composed a manual with a section describing each of the van's features and how to use. We will review the operation with you and provide the manual for further reading and reference during your rental.

What is the clearance on the van?
A.
The van has a 12 foot clearance. You have to be very careful in this regard and carefully consider low clearance warnings. It won't fit into most parking garages, for example. If you need to run it through a car wash due to excessive exterior mud, be really careful that the car wash you select can accommodate a 12 foot clearance.

What about GPS/Streaming Music/Phone connectivity?
A.
We have a Panasonic Apple Car-Play compatible, Samsung compatible unit installed. Use your phone to run your preferred GPS app. Or use your preferred music streaming service. You can make hands-free calls as well.
