Responsive but inconsistent on maintenance
Jennifer and David are generally responsive and helpful. However, there was a major issue where they were unaware of a broken awning and full greywater tanks, initially dismissing concerns.
Well-appointed and comfortable interior
The RV is praised as lovely, well-stocked, and having the best queen bed. One rental, however, had a pre-existing broken awning and full greywater tanks upon arrival.
