This 2009 Rockwood Roo is your ticket to adventure and great memories! The hybrid camper style keeps you in-touch with nature with waterproof tent-style sleeping but with Heated mattresses, a full kitchenette with refrigerator and freezer, heat and A/C, a bathroom, and room for 8. All this plus an attached toy hauler to bring your toys along for the ride. It's the perfect home base for wherever your adventures may take you!Our goal is to make your rental experience as fun, easy, and simple as possible. Per night rental fee includes kitchen essentials (cookware, 6 place settings, spices, salt/pepper, sugar, etc.), Keurig coffee maker and pods (including hot chocolate!), bedding for 3 beds (bring your own pillows and blankets, please), beach towels, basic toiletries, camping chairs, and a few games for rainy days. If you have questions about our camper or need help planning your trip, please ask! We're here to help you have fun and make memories!Full-service delivery, set up, and return available! For distances greater than 50 miles from 27540, please ask for a custom quote!***Towing Requirements: The dry weight of the camper is 4968 lbs. Manufacturer's recommendation is that the weight of cargo should not exceed 1318 lbs. If renter decides to fill trailer to maximum cargo load, tow vehicle must be able to safely tow 6286 lbs. Also, tow vehicle must be able to handle a 450 lb hitch rating. Tow vehicle must have a 2 5/16" ball, if you need to use our weight distribution hitch with sway bars (no extra fee). Tow vehicle must have a 7-pole trailer connector and electronic brake controller. You must add road-side assistance to the rental if towing.***We have had some really bad towing rentals so we are currently preferring delivery rentals to locations close to our home. Feel free to reach out with requests.
