It’s gross vehicle weight is 8914 lbs. and it’s dry ship weight is 7275 lbs. it has a 45 gallon gray water tank and a 45 gallon black water tank with water capacity of 43. It is 11.17 ft.. Tall and 8 ft. Wide . and a nice Interior Height of 6.67 ft. It has three slide outs . Hitch weight is 914 lbs . Please no smoking , no pets unless a small breed dog up to 25lbs. For a fee of $25 per day , no climbing on roof , remove all trash prior to drop off , makes sure all dishes are washed and put away prior to drop off , septic MUST be pumped before drop off or a $500 fee will be added , no exceptions ! Nothing down the toilet except camper approved toilet paper . Scott’s 1 ply is ok . Also NO EXCEPTIONS! As this could ruin the septic system , please keep track of the camper keys . There will be a $150 fee for lost keys . There is a helpful list of tips for your convenience in the camper :) please don’t ever hesitate to call us with any questions at anytime :)
