Comes with a new Queen mattress (not the original), installed washer/dryer combo unit, outdoor kitchen with griddle and refrigerator, outdoor shower, wheel covers, hoses, cables, you name it. I also splurged on the $1500 EZ lift stabilizer hitch and $300 Anderson wheel jacks and chocks, as well as other necessary accessories.
