The RV was not in the condition as listed. For example, the refrigerator was broken and was told the same day when I picked it up in person. Why wasn't I told days prior before picking up the RV? The rental was for 4 days, I had to buy ice everyday to keep the food from going bad and even then some of the food went bad since it wasn't properly stored. We even had to buy a cooler. A lot of food was thrown away. A lot of money was wasted due to poor maintenance. Their were roaches in the kitchen and in the restroom. The sleeping area that's above the driver was super dirty and dusty. I suffer with allergies and I even got sick from it. Cindy the host contacted me this morning charging me $10 because the first-aid was missing. We never saw the first aid nor used it. I asked why was i being charged for something I didn't even use. I told her everything I spent to keep the food from going bad and instead of listening to my concerns she hung up the phone on me. Great communication. Lastly, her husband received the RV and offered 5% discount if I rented directly from them, I wouldn't even take it for free.
