Cleaning inside and careful pressure cleaning on the outside (as to not tear into the decals) and we don't expect anyone coming back from a vacation to leave a unit as clean as the next renter deserves it. Our cleaning fees are always added at return, even though renters are expected not to return the units trashed. 5.0It was a wonderful experience. For a first RV trip, it was important to get a new vehicle that was well-maintained. Highly recommended. The only downside was having to pick up and drop off the RV ourselves; that took up more of our trip time. It would be better if delivery were available for a future trip. Thanks
