5.0Jaden worked around our travel schedule which made pickup and delivery very easy. Camper was clean and functioned well with no issues. This camper is very easy to drive, park, and gets great gas mileage. We had a good time. I recommend renting this van.

5.0My boyfriend and I took took Dora up to Glacier National Park, Yellowstone & Grand Teton! Jaden’s RV was exactly as described and perfect for our trip! He was quick to respond if we had any questions and provided us with all the amenities needed to be comfortable for our week stay. Definitely recommend renting from him!

5.0Jaden was a fantastic host and overall the van was great. Even though the previous renter caused an issue with the water system, Jaden provided everything we needed (including plenty of water and even s'mores) to still make the most of the van and enjoy the trip. Everything was communicated well upfront and he was quick to respond when we had questions. The van itself is on the small end of camper vans, but it was well equipped, easy to manage and drive, and comfortable for two. If you're used to a tent, this is a far step up. If you're used to an RV, it may feel small, but you'd have a great host. Our only feedback was to have some larger cookware. Bug nets for the back and side door would also be helpful. Thanks again for the trip Jaden!

5.0We had a great trip with Dora! Jaden was an amazing host - very prompt, helpful and responsive. He shared a walkthrough video with us ahead of time which was super helpful, and did a detailed walkthrough when we got there. The RV was well equipped, he also added a special birthday surprise for my friend, which was very much appreciated. We had minor issues with CarPlay but nothing we couldn’t work around. Overall for a first time RV experience Jaden’s RV and his hospitality exceeded our expectations. We’re covered the Utah Big 5 in a week and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 11/10 would recommend!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Our vans are very beginner-friendly and designed to be easy to operate. We’ll walk you through everything, including driving tips, hookups, and how to use all features inside the van. It drives like a large SUV/van so take turns wide and allow extra stopping distance, double-check height clearance before entering garages or drive-thrus, use hookups when available, but the van is fully functional off-grid as well. We’re always just a message away if you have questions during your rental.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Hookups are simple! Plug the power cord into the campsite outlet, connect the water hose to the city water connection, and attach the sewer hose when needed. We’ll walk you through everything at pickup, and all connections are labeled for easy use. The van can also run without hookups (off-grid) if needed. Let us know whether you will have hookups or are planning to go off-grid, so we can better walk you through the necessary information.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Standard pickup is 3 PM and drop-off is 11 AM. We are flexible when possible—early pickup or late return may be available depending on the schedule. Please message us in advance to coordinate timing, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your trip!
