We are pet friendly to potty trained pets only and with a refundable pet deposit if the pet doesn't ruin anything. If excessive pet hair or pee is found the deposit is not refunded. Cats are not allowed unless you ensure they don't claw the furniture which is all new. The rv has been fully remodeled and ready to go! It is very heavy so proper support must be used and that is provided. It is not advisable to park it in sand so please only use Cement or gravel ground no sand as it will get stuck but you can park near the beach just not on it.
