Newly remodeled, with brand new floors, AC, fresh paint, tires, furniture. Has 2 pull out couches and a step up bedroom with queen bed, closet and walk around for space! 1 nicely laid out bathroom with new fixtures and tons of storage. The RV has tons of outside storage under the rig all the way around so bring all your stuff! We are pet friendly to potty trained pets only and with a refundable pet deposit if the pet doesn't ruin anything. If excessive pet hair or pee is found the deposit is not refunded. Cats are not allowed unless you ensure they don't claw the furniture which is all new. The rv has been fully remodeled and ready to go! Was ist inbegriffenHas all linens, towels, umbrellas, pots and pans, rv toilet paper and paper towels provided as well as soap and shampoo. Out door folding chairs and folding table provided sand stored under rig in compartments. EmpfehlungenWe require you ONLY use our RV toilet paper so our pipes don't get clogged, you can take it anywhere but it is a big rig being a 5th wheel so we do advise learning how to set it up before taking it. It is very heavy so proper support must be used and that is provided. It is not advisable to park it in sand so please only use Cement or gravel ground no sand as it will get stuck but you can park near the beach just not on it.
