Ashley and in fact also all her family members we had contact with were just great. We came at a super busy time for them, not only was the whole of Texas booked out due to the eclipse, but they also just had a baby 4wk before. They were super friendly and helpful, and when there was an issue with van on the road, they made sure we got help - even late at night and literally in the middle of a thunderstorm! Definitely would recommend them to my friends and book again myself.

City water supply system leaked. Grey tank was full at pickup. Couldn’t get hot water. Water pump turned on every other second, due to leak? Rear doors couldn’t be opened from outside. No second hose for non-potable water.
