• Cannot be driven “off road” or onto beaches • Cannot be used to tow another vehicle • US travel only Additional policies: 1. RV should be returned in the same condition as it was rented. Black and gray water tanks should be fully emptied and flushed. Gas and propane tanks returned full to level at pick up. (If not refilled as above, renters will be subject to a $50 fill fee plus actual cost of gas if appropriate). 2. Only use biodegradable, RV and marine type bath tissue. No other items should be flushed, including personal hygiene items. 3. Ensure all internal and external doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and latched before driving RV. 4. Pets allowed. Renter takes full responsibility for any damages or odors, and any associated repair or cleaning costs required. 5. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV. Any evidence will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. 6. No off road travels or out of country locations permitted. 7. Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black (septic) tanks before returning RV to owner. Failure to do so will result in a $50 dumping fee. 8. Overhead vents should be closed in rain and when away from the vehicle to prevent water damage. 9. Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place, including any convenience items. If any items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion. 10. There will be no refunds for early returns. Please inform us in advance if you plan to return early or if you are running late. 11. Late fee of $100 for returns after 6pm on scheduled return day - late arrival does not allow for adequate inspection on return. Returns after 7pm will be an additional night's charge in addition to the $100 late fee. 12. Pick up and drop off times time can be flexible, but must be completed before sunset, to allow for good visibility at hand off.
